Koula flour white (for any use)

“Alevri Koula”   white flour is of type 55% and that’s because it’s being produced from the best 55% of the wheat fruit. The flours of this type are characterized as for “any use” since are ideal for preparing all bakery products like bread, cakes (sweat or not), puff pastries, pies of every kind and more.

“Alevri Koula” white flour is a natural and healthy product which is produced from soft wheat, without any additions of preservatives or any other substances.  It is packaged in 2, 3, 5, 10 and 25 kg packs and is distributed in selected food stores  throughout Greece while some quantities are exported in foreign countries .
