Koula flour whole wheat (for any use)
“Alevri Koula” whole wheat (all-bran) flour is the one produced from the milling of the 90% of the wheat fruit.
This flour is exceptionally nutritive and most suitable for people trying to lose weight. Also is rich in trace elements, vitamins and fibers in comparison with other flour types.
It is recommended for any use since it can be used for cakes, bread, pizza and many other bakery products and if appropriate, mixing it with the white Koula flour.
