Koula flour yellow (Aleksandrino)

The Koula flour yellow (it’s called Aleksandrino) is a mix of the white Koula flour and corn flour in an proportion of 70-30. It is flour to use in any type of bakery products but with a special nice taste since the corn flour adds a special character. Its color is light yellow and it is suitable for any recipe like cookies, bread, pastry and pies which will amaze everyone with the taste and their look.
